Q: How do I download the Client Bridge app?
A: Once your attorney signs you up you will receive an email and text message from Client Bridge providing you with a link to download the app to your phone. You can also download the app directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Q: How will I know if my attorney updates my case or sends me a message?
A: First, make sure your notifications have been turned on within the app. Once your attorney updates you case or sends you a message, you will receive a push notification right on your phone as well as a notification within the app.

Q: How do I login if I have changed my phone number?
A: Please contact your law firm to inform them about your new contact number and they will resend an activation code to your phone.

Q: Where do I go if I have a question about my case?
A: First, explore the app to see if your question can be answered by looking at the Road Map or in the Glossary of Terms. If you still don’t have an answer, you can send a message directly to your attorney or paralegal on the in-app messaging tab.
